Experience
I've worked in education for two decades, teaching high school mathematics courses including Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry. I also worked in professional development, assisting teachers in honing their teaching skills and enhancing student achievement. I have also assisted teachers in devising strategies to help students facing various academic difficulties. I employ a coaching-style approach to tutoring, and enjoy helping students close gaps in their learning and reach their goals. I offer tutoring in Pre-Algebra, Algebra I and II, basic Math and middle school Math. When I'm not teaching or tutoring, I enjoy traveling, liturgical dance, and listening to soft jazz.
